North County Real Estate Professional

Global. National. Local. You.

Chrissie Carr is thrilled to have opened Harcourts Prime Properties in Carlsbad, CA, in August 2011 with a new office launching soon in Oceanside CA.   Harcourts International is a New Zealand based real estate company.  Founded in 1888, they currently have over 6,000 agents in nine countries.   Chrissie has leveraged her experience and expertise in building a top realtor office, where her agents average $15,000 in monthly commissions compared to the National Association of Realtors average of $18,000 annually.

After twenty-three years in the real estate industry, Chrissie is happy to have partnered with a company whose values are closely aligned with her own.  What sets Harcourts Prime Properties,  and Chrissie, apart from the other Brokers and Realtors®?

Four things:
#1 People first
#2 Do the right thing
#3 Be courageous
#4 Fun and laughter

Chrissie understands the key to success in real estate: is the “Client”.   She is in a great position, where she carefully selects and mentors her Associates based on her own experience as a successful Real Estate Agent.  To make the Harcourts Prime Properties roster, an Associate must have a “client-first attitude.”

Chrissie feels that when an agent has the right people skills, doing the right thing comes naturally.  Her philosophy is that if you always serve the client's best interests, the business will follow.  She encourages her Associates to think outside the box when building their book of business or when creating a marketing plan for their client’s property.  She encourages them to move outside their comfort zone to find better ways to serve their clients.

Chrissie has demonstrated success for her agents by disrupting the broken traditional real estate model by implementing Harcourt's innovative approach .  Chrissie encourages her agents to be consistent, resilient, and maintain their focus on their clients while building their business.
